Martha Rosler is a conceptual artist who works across photography, installation, sculpture, and performance. Her work focuses on ordinary life and the public sphere, with a particular emphasis on the experiences of women. Rosler is recognized for both her writing and her multi-media artwork. She has produced over a dozen books of her pieces, as well as critical essays on art and culture.
